FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

I have an idea for some custom earrings or a ring!
Great! Write to us. We love bringing new ideas to life: combining models, materials, or creating something completely from scratch. You can visit the Custom section if you'd like to learn more :)

Can earrings give me allergies?
925 sterling silver , although a noble and hypoallergenic metal, is rare, some people may react to metals that are sometimes combined with it, such as nickel or zinc. Allergies to pure silver are very rare.

Resin doesn't cause allergies. The parts that come into contact with the skin are made of 304 stainless steel , a hypoallergenic material. If you have a severe nickel allergy, we can use 316 stainless steel (nickel-free) —just let us know.

What materials do you use?
We work with a variety of materials for each design: resins (acrylic, epoxy, etc.), sterling silver, and stainless steel , among others. Each piece is crafted with materials that best suit its form and function.

Are they heavy?
We generally try to make lightweight pieces that can be worn every day. We also aim to make some pieces for special occasions, but they can be heavier. Our earrings generally weigh no more than 8 grams each when made of silver, and 4 grams each when made of resin. However, each ear is unique, and only you can know what weight works best for you.

Will my piece be the same as the one in the photo?
Generally speaking, yes. The dimensions and design are maintained, although since this is a handmade process , there may be small variations or minimal imperfections. We consider this an important part of the artisanal process, which adds value and humanity to your piece. Even so, we carefully review each piece in a quality control process to ensure you receive something special and well-made.
