Return and exchange policy
First of all, thank you for supporting Gorobei!
We're sure you'll love your pieces, but just in case you need them, here's how returns and exchanges work.
📦 Deadline for exchanges or returns
- You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
After this time, we will not be able to issue any refunds or exchanges. - Once your request has been accepted, please return the package within a maximum of 3 days .
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. - If you want to exchange one product for another, you must pay:
- the return shipment , and
- the new shipment (price according to destination).
- The product must arrive in perfect condition , unused and in its original packaging .
💍 Ring size change
If you got the wrong size, don't worry: we can adjust it.
You will only have to:
- Send us the ring (cost depends on the shipping method you choose), and
- Pay for the new shipment with the correct size (price depends on destination).
We recommend consulting our Size Guide or writing to us first to avoid errors.
Once we receive your ring and payment for shipping, we will send you the correct size.
💔 Damaged products or errors in the order
Please review it as soon as you receive it.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not the correct product, please contact us as soon as possible at gorobei.studio@gmail.com with a photo or video so we can assist you.
In these cases, shipping costs are on us .
🚫 Non-returnable products
Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom pieces
- Products damaged by misuse
- Gift cards
If you have any questions about a specific item, please write to us.
🏠 Incorrect address or order not picked up
It is very important that you enter your address correctly and completely .
Once the package has been sent, we cannot modify it.
Each shipment includes:
- 2 home delivery attempts , and
- 15 days of permanence in the Post Office to be able to collect it.
If it is not picked up or the address is incorrect and the package returns to us, we will contact you.
We can resend it, but the shipping costs will be at your expense .
