Exchanges and returns

First of all, THANK YOU for shopping at Gorobei!

We are sure you will love our earrings 💞, but in case you need it, this is our return/exchange policy.

* The time to return or exchange your order or any of the items in it, is 15 calendar days from receipt of your order. You will not be refunded or offered an exchange of any kind if it has been more than that time.

* After making the return or exchange request, we ask that you do not take more than three days to return it to us (shipping costs are at your charge).

* In case you want to exchange one product for another, you will have to pay the return shipping (the price depends on the shipping method you choose) and the new shipping (price according to destination).

* To be able to make a return, the product must be in perfect condition, as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

 

Ring size error

If you have chosen the wrong ring size, we can make a size change. You will only have to send us the ring (the price depends on the shipping method you choose) and also pay the shipping costs for us to send you the ring with your correct size (shipping price according to destination). We recommend you to use our Size guide or contact us to avoid mistakes.
Once we receive your order and the shipping money, we will send you the correct size ring again.


Damages and problems

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it. Email us at gorobei.studio@gmail.com and include at least one photo or video so we know what's wrong and can resolve it!
In case of damaged products or mistakes the shipping costs are at our expense.


Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as personalized earrings, items damaged by misuse, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.


Incorrect/incomplete address or non-collection of order

It is important to check that you enter your address correctly and completely, since once your order has been sent to you we cannot do anything. However, if this happens and your order is returned to us, we will contact you to send it back to you.
Each shipment includes a couple of delivery attempts at your home and a period of 15 days during which it remains at your nearest Post Office. If you do not collect it within that time, your order will be returned to us.
In any of these cases we can help you, but the costs of a new shipment are always at your expense.
