Shipping Policy

At Gorobei, each piece is made by hand, without factories or industrial processes. Therefore, the shipping time includes:

  • Production and order preparation: 5-9 business days
  • Shipping with Correos España: 2-4 business days (national shipping)

*In many cases, we have parts already in stock, so shipping can be much faster. If you're in a hurry, it's best to contact us and we'll let you know when your part can arrive.

For general reference:

  • Domestic shipments: usually take about 2 weeks to arrive.
  • International shipping: between 20 and 30 business days.

This timeframe may vary depending on order volume, availability of materials, or stock.

Shipping methods

We ship with Correos España .
Once the package is shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • 2-4 business days in Spain
  • Approx. 1 week for international shipping within the EU

You can also choose express shipping (€7.90) , with delivery within 1-2 business days . However, there will still be a production time (if the item isn't in stock and ready to ship).

Remember to check your mailbox regularly.

Please note that during periods such as Christmas, Easter, summer, or other holidays, delivery times may be longer. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Order tracking

When you complete your purchase, you will receive a tracking number.

Christmas deadlines

  • To receive by December 25th: place your order by December 15th
  • To receive before January 6: before December 20

Addresses and returns for failed delivery

Make sure you write the address correctly, check your mailbox, and go to the Post Office if the package was sent there.
We are not responsible if the order does not arrive due to an incorrect address or lack of collection.

If the package is returned to us, we will contact you. You can choose between:

  • resend it by paying the shipping costs again (€2.99)
  • or request a refund for the order

Cancellations
