As a general rule, orders usually take 4-7 business days to arrive to the destination (national shipping) and 7-15 business days (international shipping).

Each shipment has a delivery time that gathers: the production and preparation time of the order + the shipping time of Correos.

Regarding the production and preparation time of the order, it may vary depending on the quantity of orders, stock availability, materials, etc. If in any case anything happens that could delay your order, we will contact you.

The shipment is made through Correos España. The estimated delivery time from the moment we send the product is between 2-4 days (domestic shipping) or about 1 week (international shipping (EU)).

We will always do our best to get it to you on time :) You have the option of express shipping (7,9€), with which you will have your order in 1-4 working days.

These times may change during Christmas and holiday periods (Easter, holidays, summer, etc). Contact us for more information.

Make sure that the shipping address is written correctly, check your mailbox and go to pick up your order at the post office in case it was delivered there. If the shipment does not reach you for any of these reasons, we do not take any responsibility. In any case, if the order is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you. In this case you will have the option of paying again for the shipment (2,99€) so we can ship it to you again or request a refund.
